AT 438 A TORNADO WAS RPORTED ON THE GROUND 15 MILES SOUTH OF RUSH
COLORADO OR 40 MILES EAST OF COLORADO SPRINGS. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING TO THE EAST ABOUT AT 30 MPH.  THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN..SMALL HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS
