IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA ...WESTERN NOBLES COUNTY...ROCK COUNTY A 1035 PM CDT RADAR INDCATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES EAST OF SIOUX FALLS..BETWEEN HILLS AND ELLSWORTH MINNESOTA.
