FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIESS...

SOME CITIES THREATENED BY THIS SEVERE STORM INCLUDE MINNEOTA AND GHENT.
 
AT 905 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF
IVANHOE MINNESOTA MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
 
TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS OF RAIN AND HAIL WERE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SEVERE
STORM.
 
PEOPLE NEAR THE STORM SHCOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AWAY FROM
WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNTIL THE
STORM HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS...DON'T DRIVE INTO FLOODED CROSSINGS.

AND GUSTY WIND WERE MOVING THROUGH CODINGTON...GRANT...AND DEUEL COUNTIES
OF EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAIN WHICH COULD
AGGRAVATE THE FLOOD SITUATION IN THESE PARTS OF THE STATE.
