INCLUDING FLOODING AT RAE'S CREEK...BRANCH AND 15TH STREET...BEDFORD
DRIVE...GORDON HIGHWAY... PEACH ORCHARD ROAD...AND THE PEIDMONT.
FLOODING WITH CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO
