AT 900 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A PERSISTENT
LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER BEXAR COUNTY..INCLUDING THE SAN
ANTONIO METROPOLITAN AREA. THIS PRECIPITATION WAS OVERRUNNING AREAS
WHICH HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED HEAVY RAINS IN THE PAST FEW DAYS...
ENHANCING THE POSSIBILITY FOR FLASH FLOODING.
