FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...HAYS COUNTY...TRAVIS COUNTY...WILLIAMSON COUNTY
 
AT 610 PM RADAR SHOWED HEAVY RAINS UP AN DOWN INTERSTATE 35. UP TO 4
INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN RECORED AT HUTTO. WITH UP TO ONE INCH IN
AUSTIN GRAEAT HILLS IN 1 HOUR. THESE RAINS WILL CONTINUE IN THE ABOVE
MENTIONED COUNTIES UNTIL 8PM.
 
ALSO NUMEROUS FUNNELS CLOUDS HAVE BEEN OBSERVED HERE AT THE AUSTIN
WEATHER OFFICE AND PERSONS SHOULD ALSO BE PREPARED IN CASE ONE OF THEM
TOUCHES THE GROUND. STAY UP WITH THE WEATHER IN CASE A TORNADO WARNING
IS ISSUED.
 
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
