PARTS OF NORTHEAST KANSAS INCLUDING ST JOSEPH UNTIL 11PM...
...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHWEST MISSOURI AND NORTHEAST
KANSAS TONIGHT...

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO MOVE ACROSS NORTHWEST MISSOURI.  THE
STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED IN NODAWAY COUNTY NEAR BURLINGTON
JUNCTION...ABOUT 50 MILES NORTH OF ST JOSEPH.  SOME OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS
COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING.

THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES A HOUR.

IN ADDITION THE GROUND IS SATURATED OVER NORTHWEST MISSOURI...ANY
ADDITION RAIN COULD PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
WATER COVERED ROADWAYS.
