A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM FOR MOST OF
THE COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN...INCLUDING BAY...SAGINAW...
TUSCOLA...HURON...SANILAC...SHIAWASSEE...GENESEE...LAPEER. AT 610 PM...
RADAR INDICATED A NEWLY DEVELOPED THUNDERSTORM NEAR MONTROSE IN
NORTHWEST GENESEE COUNTY. MONTROSE IS 14 MILES NORTHWEST OF FLINT. THIS
STORM WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

THIS STORM WILL REACH MOUNT MORRIS IN NORTH GENESEE COUNTY AROUND
630 PM. MOUNT MORRIS IS 6 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF FLINT.

REMEMBER...IF YOU ARE OUTDOORS WHEN A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHES...MOVE
INSIDE AWAY FROM DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. AVOID USING
