AND THE WEST HALF OF LOWER MICHIGAN... TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 388 HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST UPPER MICHIGAN... AND THE WEST HALF OF LOWER MICHIGAN UNTIL 900 PM THIS EVENING. AT 145 PM CLUSTERS OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER NORTH MINNESOTA... WEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL UPPER MICHIGAN... EAST WISCONSIN... NORTH ILLINOIS... LAKE MICHIGAN... AND WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN. STORMS WERE MOVING MAINLY TO THE NORTHEAST... AT 40 TO 50 MPH.
