OVER EXTREME NORTHERN BAY COUNTY.  THE STRONGEST STORM PRODUCED HEAVY
RAIN...NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING IN NORTHERN BAY
COUNTY NEAR BENTLEY...40 MILES NORTHWEST OF SAGINAW.  THIS STORM HAS
MOVED INTO SOUTHERN ARENAC COUNTY IN THE VICINITY OF STANDISH AND WILL
MOVE INTO NORTHERN SAGINAW BAY BY NOON.

A MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SAGINAW BAY FROM ALABASTER TO

LOWER MICHIGAN THIS AFTERNOON.  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE IN
SOUTH CENTRAL... SOUTHEAST... AND EAST CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN.

A COLD FRONT STRETCHING ACROSS SOUTHWEST AND EAST CENTRAL LOWER
MICHIGAN... FROM NEAR GRAND RAPIDS TO JUST WEST OF SAGINAW BAY... IS
EXPECTED TO SWEEP TO THE SOUTHEAST OF LOWER MICHIGAN BY THIS EVENING.
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST ALONG AND AHEAD OF THIS COLD
FRONT THIS AFTERNOON.  SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH
HAIL OF 3/4 INCH TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER AND WIND GUSTS NEAR 60 MPH.
