AT 810 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM OVER FULTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST OHIO...JUST SOUTH OF LENAWEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST LOWER MICHIGAN. THIS STORM WAS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH...AND IT WILL REACH THE COMMUNITIES OF MORENCI AND SENECA BETWEEN 830 PM AND 845 PM.
