IN NORTHEAST IOWA ...FAYETTE COUNTY AT 359 PM CDT FAYETTE COUNTY HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE REPORT A TORNADO ON THE GROUND AT ST LUCAS 20 MILES SOUTH OF DECORAH. THIS TORNADO IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY...WEST UNION...DONNAN...ELDORADO...HAWKEYE MAYNARD...FAYETTE AND CLERMONT.
