IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS ...NORTHERN FINNEY COUNTY AT 518 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 30 MILES NORTH OF GARDEN CITY...OR 5 MILES EAST OF FRIEND. THE STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
