IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS ...EASTERN PAWNEE COUNTY AT 706 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPING RAPIDLY JUST WEST OF GARFIELD KANSAS OR 45 MILES NORTHEAST OF DODGE CITY. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST 10 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE THROUGH GARFIELD...LARNED...AND FORT LARNED BY AROUND 715 PM CDT.
