EFFECTIVE UNTIL 315 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA
      EASTERN DAWES

AT 230 PM MDT...A TORNADO WAS SPOTTED 10 MILES SOUTH OF CHADRON
MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL
INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  ABANDON
CARS AND MOBILE HOMES.

DO NOT TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO IN A CAR.  CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED
AROUND BY TORNADOES.  IF RYOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...
