THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEGUN DEVELOPING IN EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST WYOMING EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...AND HAVE ALREADY PRODUCED MARBLE SIZED HAIL AT DOUGLAS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO STRENGTHEN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.
