...THUNDERSTORMS WERE APPROACHING LINGLE WYOMING...

WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 10 MILES
NORTH OF TORRINGTON IN EAST CENTRAL GOSHEN COUNTY. NO REPORTS HAD
BEEN RECEIVED AS OF 530 PM. HOWEVER...THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE
MARBLE SIZED HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 45 MILES AN HOUR.

THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. IT WILL CROSS ROUTE
159 ABOUT 10 MILES NORTH OF TORRINGTON. THE STORM WILL MOVE INTO
THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE BY 600 PM.

LIGHTNING IS ONE OF THE MAJOR THUNDERSTORM HAZARDS. REMAIN INDOORS
EVEN IF IT IS NOT RAINING WHERE YOU =ARE. LIGHTNING COULD STRIKE

...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WESTERN AND NORTHERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE...

AT 550 PM MDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER SCOTTS BLUFF COUNTY AND
EASTERN DAWES COUNTY.  THE STORMS OVER DAWES COUNTY WERE 15 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF CHADRON.  THE STRONGEST STORMS OVER SCOTTS BLUFF COUNTY
WERE 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF SCOTTSBLUFF.

THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS...AND HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER SCOTTS BLUFF...SIOUX...DAWES...MORRILL AND NORTHERN
SHERIDAN COUNTIES UNTIL AROUND 7 PM MDT.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE MOVED EAST OF TORRINGTON INTO NEBRASKA...

PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICIALS IN TORRINGTON REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN AND
VISIBILITY NEAR ZERO. NO HAIL WAS REPORTED AT THAT PARTICULAR LOCATION.
HOWEVER...MARBLE SIZE HAIL HAD BEEN REPORTED NEAR LINGLE ABOUT 545 PM.

THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WERE ENTERING
THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE NEAR SCOTTSBLUFF. RADAR SHOWED OTHER
THUNDERSTORMS IN SOUTHERN GOSHEN COUNTY BETWEEN VETERAN AND HAWK
SPRINGS. THIS IS ABOUT 10 TO 20 MILES SOUTH OF TORRINGTON.

THESE STORMS COULD DEVELOP RAPIDLY OVER THE NEXT 20 MINUTES OR SO.
MARBLE SIZE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING ARE
VERY POSSIBLE BETWEEN NOW AND 630 PM MDT.
