AT 816 PM MDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES EAST
OF SIDNEY...OR 15 MILES WEST OF CHAPPELL.  THE STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
