AT 247 PM MDT...RADAR INDICTED A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF SIDNEY...AND 12 MILES EAST OF SIDNEY...OVER EASTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. BR'IEF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS OVER DEUEL...EASTERN CHEYENNE AND SOUTHERN GARDEN COUNTIES OF THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE UNTIL 340 PM MDT. EMANUEL
