AT 522 PM MDT...RADAR SHOWED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE NORTHWEST
PART OF THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE.  THE STORMS WAS LOCATED 50 MILES
NORTHWEST OF SCOTTSBLUFF...OR 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HARRISON...OVER
NORTHERN SIOUX COUNTY.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN
HOUR.

BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WIND...SMALL HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM OVER NORTHERN SIOUX COUNTY UNTIL 625 PM MDT.
