THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      LUCAS

AT 1032 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM ENTERING WESTERN LUCAS COUNTY FROM FULTON COUNTY.  A
WIND GUST OF 46 MPH WAS RECORDED AT TOLEDO EXPRESS AIRPORT
ACCOMPANIED BY SMALL HAIL.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER...PERFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING. ONCE
INSIDE...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING ACROSS NORTHWEST OHIO THIS
EVENING.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTHWEST OHIO UNTIL
1AM EDT.

AT 1005 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS FROM ABOUT JACKSON MICHIGAN SOUTH ACROSS THE WESTERNMOST
COUNTIES OF NORTHWEST OHIO.  MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS WAS EAST AROUND
30 MPH AND THEY WILL AFFECT THE REGION THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING WITH
HEAVY DOWNPOURS...STRONG WINDS AND POSSIBLE HAIL.
