THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF OHIO
      HENRY

AT 235 PM EDT A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER HENRY
COUNTY WEST OF NAPOLEON.  THIS STORM CONTAINED VERY STRONG WINDS
...HAIL...HEAVY RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AROUND 45 MPH AND WILL BE NEAR GRAND
RAPIDS BY 315 PM EDT.
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER...PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.  ONCE
INSIDE...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS FORMING OVER PARTS OF NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA...

AT 1PM EDT WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS THAT EXTENDED FROM
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY...NEW YORK STATE TO JUST SOUTH OF ERIE PENNSYLVANIA TO
CENTRAL ASHTABULA COUNTY OHIO.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST
AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.   THE STORMS THAT DEVELOPED JUST SOUTH OF ERIE PRODUCED
VERY HEAVY RAIN...INTENSE LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS TO 50 MILES AN HOUR.

THE AIR OVER WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA HAS BECOME VERY WARM AND UNSTABLE AND
MORE THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.
