IN NORTHWEST OHIO ...PUTNAM COUNTY AT 745 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHWEST PUTNAM COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
