WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 120 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES

   IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK
      OSWEGO COUNTY

AT NOON EDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE DETECTED OVER OSWEGO COUNTY NEAR
PHOENIX.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH AND WILL MOVE
THROUGH CENTRAL SQUARE BETWEEN 1230 AND 1 PM.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...
DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
