AT 135 PM RADAR SHOWED NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN A LINE
10 MILES WIDE EXTENDING FROM NEAR ROBSTOWN SOUTHWEST TO ABOUT 15 MILES
NORTHWEST OF EDINBURG THEN INTO MEXICO... ENDING ABOUT 30 MILES SOUTH
OF RIO GRANDE CITY.

THE LINE HAD INCREASED IN SPEED AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAIN... STRONG GUSTY WINDS... HAIL AND... DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
ARE LIKELY FROM THESE STORMS.

IN ADDITION... LOCAL FLOODING IS POSSIBLE FROM THE STORMS.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS BAFFIN BAY SHORTLY... AND BOATERS
FROM BAFFIN BAY TO THE SOUTH END OF THE LAND CUT CAN EXPECT BRIEF
GUSTY WINDS AND VISIBILITIES REDUCED BY HEAVY RAIN DURING THE NEXT FEW
HOURS.
