...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS RAPIDLY DEVELOPING OVER SOUTH TEXAS...

AT 125 PM SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN...CONTINUED TO RAPIDLY DEVELOP OVER SOUTH TEXAS BETWEEN
KINGSVILLE AND RAYMONDVILLE AND EAST TO THE GULF COASTLINE.

THE THUNDERSTORM CONTAINING THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS LOCATED 30 MILES
NORTHEAST OF RAYMONDVILLE.  MOVEMENT OF ALL ACTIVITY WAS NORTHEAST AT 10
MILES AN HOUR.
