...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWEST ALABAMA...

AT 620 AM AREA WEATHER RADARS SHOWED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER
FRANKLIN COUNTY MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.  IT WILL MOVE INTO MARION AND
WINSTON COUNTIES BETWEEN 630 AND 700 AM.  A FEW STORMS WERE ALSO
DETECTED OVER NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI HEADING TOWARD LAMAR AND PICKENS
COUUNTIES.

RESIDENTS OF NORTHWEST ALABAMA MAY WANT TO ALLOW A LITTLE EXTRA TIME
TO DRIVE TO WORK OR SCHOOL THIS MORNING AS SLICK ROADS AND REDUCED
VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS.
