FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS

IN THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE

   ...EASTERN CIMARRON COUNTY

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AT 915 PM CDT INDICATED A POSSIBLE
TORNADO JUST NORTH OF KEYES OKLAHOMA IN EASTERN CIMARRON COUNTY.
PUBLIC REPORTS VIA THE OKLAHOMA HIGHWAY PATROL A TORNADO ON
THE GROUND NEAR KEYES.  THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
