IF YOU ARE IN LOGAN OR SLAPOUT...OR DRIVING ALONG HIGHWAY 270...TAKE PRECAUTIONS NOW. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
