THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE STORMS IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WESTERN TWO THIRDS OF THE PANHANDLES. A MOIST AIRMASS OVER THE REGION CONTINUED TO BECOME INCREASINGLY UNSTABLE EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. ISOLATED TO WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVELOP BY LATE AFTERNOON INTO MAINLY THE EVENING HOURS.
