   TEXAS PANHANDLE AND PARTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO...

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT FOR ALL OF THE OKLAHOMA
   AND TEXAS PANHANDLES...

AT 325 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH
VERY HEAVY RAINS AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL OVER THE NORTHEAST TIP OF
NEW MEXICO INTO EXTREME WESTERN CIMARRON COUNTY OF THE OKLAHOMA
PANHANDLE. THE STRONGEST STORM WAS INDICATED MIDWAY BETWEEN CLAYTON
NEW MEXICO AND KENTON OKLAHOMA.

ELSEWHERE...WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OF LESSER
INTENSITY WERE SHOWN OVER EASTERN NEW MEXICO...NORTHEAST OF LAS VEGAS
..BETWEEN SANTA ROSA AND QUAY..AND ALSO JUST WEST OF ROSWELL.

ALL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT NEAR 10 MPH.
