AT 545 PM CDT...AMARILLO WEATHER RADAR WAS INDICATING A SMALL AREA
OF RAPIDLY DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS IN CARSON COUNTY BETWEEN
PANHANDLE AND SKELLYTOWN. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
GUSTY WINDS...HEAVY RAIN...AND SMALL HA+IL. LITTLE MOVEMENT HAS
OCCURRED AT THIS TIME.
