   AND TEXAS PANHANDLES...

AT 530 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS OVER CASTRO COUNTY.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE PART OF AN AREA OF SCATTERED STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS THAT COVERED MOST OF THE WESTERN HALF OF THE TEXAS SOUTH PLAINS.
THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY EAST AT 5 MILES AN HOUR.

FLOODING OF STREETS ARE POSSIBLE.
