A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE STATE INCLUDING HAMPTON ROADS..THE CHESAPEAKE BAY.. THE EASTERN SHORE AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS... A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING IS ALREADY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5:15PM FOR WESTMORELAND COUNTY. AT 4:30PM RADAR SHOWED NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTH CENTRAL VIRGINIA AND SOUTHERN MARYLAND.
