AT 1018 PM EST THE NELSON COUNTY SHERRIFFS DEPARTMENT REPORTED THE TYE
RIVER ABOVE ITS BANKS AND ONLY 6-8 INCHES AWAY FROM ROUTE 56 WEST IN MASSIES
MILL. TWO OTHER ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED AS WELL DUE TO HIGH WATER
