WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF SOUTH DAKOTA
      WESTERN MINER...SANBORN

SOME OF THE COMMUNITIES INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING ARE ARTESIAN...
FORESTBURG...AND CARTHAGE.

AT 545 PM CDT  RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 30 MILES SOUTH
OF HURON OR NEAR WOONSOCKET MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN
HOUR.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER...
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING...SO BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING
