A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR PART OF CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS UNTIL 8 PM CDT.

AT 545 PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING BRIEF HAVRY RAIN..GUSTY WINDS..
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND HAIL WERE NORTHEAST OF CONCORDIA NEAR WASHINGTON
AND NEAR NARKA AND MAHASKA.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

ANOTHER AREA OF THUNDE&RSTROMS WAS FROM WICHITA TO COUNCIL GROVE TO
NORTHWEST OF TOPEKA.

A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR PART OF CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS UNTIL 8 PM CDT.

AT 627 PM CDT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING BRIEF HEAVY RAIN..GUSTY WINDS..
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND HAIL WERE NORTHEAST OF CONCORDIA NEAR WASHINGTON
AND NEAR HADDAM EXTENDING NORTHWARD INTO NEBRASKA NORTH OF FAIRBURY.
MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTH NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

HIGH WINDS OF 70 TO 80 MPH HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN THE CITY OF LINCOLN AND
AREAS SOUTH.  THESE WINDS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PASSAGE OF A FRONT AND
NOT WITH THUNDERSTORMS.

OTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM NEAR HIAWATHA TO COUNCIL GROVE
