FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 AM EST WEDNESDAY
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTH FLORIDA
 
   ...SOUTHERN LEON COUNTY ALONG MUNSON SLOUGH
 
REPORTS FROM COUNTY OFFICIALS...LOCAL RESIDENTS...AND WEATHER SERVICE
OBSERVERS INDICATE THAT WATER LEVELS ALONG MUNSON SLOUGH HAVE
CONTINUED TO RISE TODAY. WATER IS NOW OUT OF THE BANKS ALONG PORTIONS
OF THE SLOUGH MAINLY DOWNSTREAM FROM LAKE BRADFORD. OVERFLOW FROM LAKE
BRADFORD IS APPARENTLY CONTRIBUTING TO THE RISE IN MUNSON SLOUGH.
 
FLOODING OF ROADS AND SOME RESIDENCES IS NOW OCCURRING ALONG MUNSON
SLOUGH SOUTH OF LAKE BRADFORD...AND ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHERN LEON COUNTY
AROUND THE AREA OF OAK RIDGE ROAD JUST EAST OF HIGHWAY 61.  SOME
RESIDENCES IN THE OAK RIDGE ROAD AREA ARE BECOMING ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY
BOAT.
 
FLOODING ALONG MUNSON SLOUGH IN SOUTHERN LEON COUNTY IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE AT LEAST UNTIL SOMETIME WEDNESDAY.
