FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS.

AN OBSERVER AT NORTH OF WHITE ROCKS...30 MILES NORTH OF ROOSEVELT...AT
300PM REPORT 3/4 INCH HAIL AND .55 INCH OF RAIN IN 30 MINUTES AND
LIGHTNING. RADAR SHOWS TWO SEVERE CELLS IN THAT AREA MOVING EASTWARD
RAPIDLY.
