WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 945 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL PART OF MISSOURI
      CARTER...SOUTHEAST SHANNON

AT 845 PM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 30 MILES EAST
NORTHEAST OF WEST PLAINS...MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT
40 MILES AN HOUR.  ONE INCH HAIL WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM
AT ROVER IN OREGON COUNTY AT 835 PM.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING... AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
