SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL VIRGINIA
 
   ...FRANKLIN COUNTY
 
AT 812 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORM OVER THE
EXTREME WEST PART OF FRANKLIN COUNTY. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY HAVE
VERY STRONG WINDS AND LARGE HAIL AS IT MOVES EAST AT 50 MPH.
 
ALL FRANKLIN COUNTY AND CITY OF ROCKY MT RESIDENTS SHOULD TAKE
SHELTER IMMEDIATELY FROM THIS STORM.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THTE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
