AT 600 PM EDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE INDICATED BY RADAR IN LEWIS CARTER
AND ELLIOTT COUNTIES OF KENTUCKY...SCIOTO AND PIKE COUNTIES OF OHIO.
THESE STORMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.  RAIN FALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE
INCH HAVE OCCURED AS THE STORMS TRACK EAST.

THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE A PERIOD OF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...DANGEROUSJ
LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLY DAMAGING WIND.  THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS.
