MODERATE TO HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COVERING MUCH OF
POCAHONTAS COUNTY AND THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF WEST VIRGINIA.
MOVEMENT WAS GENERALLY NORTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MILES AN HOUR.
