WICHITA AND COTTON COUNTY OF OKLAHOMA... ...TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNTIES CLAY...MONTAGUE...JACK...ARCHER AND YOUNG... ISOLATED RAINSHOWERS HAVE OCCURRED IN THE LAST HOUR OVER PORTIONS OF JACK...YOUNG...AND BAYLOR COUNTIES.
