THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      SOUTHERN HUBBARD...

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      WADENA...NORTHERN TODD...

AT 647 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM 25 MILES
EAST OF DETROIT LAKES MINNESOTA OR JUST SOUTHWEST OF PARK RAPIDS
TO JUST EAST OF FERGUS FALLS MINNESOTA.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 45 MILES AN HOUR.

EARLIER...WHEN THESE SAME THUNDERSTORMS MOVED THROUGH MUCH OF
OTTER TAIL COUNTY OF MINNESOTA...HAIL UP TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER
WAS REPORTED.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER...PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.  ONCE
INSIDE...STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.

A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER...
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY TO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.  IF YOU SPOT A FUNNEL OR A
TORNADO YOU SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IN A REINFORCED BUILDING.
