DURING THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS RADAR OBSERVATIONS HAVE SHOWN EXTREMELY
HEAVY RAIN IN THUNDERSTORMS OVER ELMORE COUNTY. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL
CAUSE A RAPID RISE IN STREAMS AND CANYONS AND MAY MAKE ROAD CROSSING
VERY DANGEROUS.
 
MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
