AT 1240 PM A WATERSPOUT WAS JUST OFFSHORE FROM THE KENNEDY SPACE
MOVING WEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. THIS WATERSPOUT WILL MOVE ONSHORE
AROUND THE SPACE CENTER WITHIN THE NEXT 10 TO 15 MINTUES.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES
