THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 215 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      SOUTHEAST KNOX...NORTHERN PIERCE

AT 135 PM CDT SPOTTERS REPORTED FUNNEL CLOUDS NEAR OSMOND...
10 MILES EAST OF PLAINVIEW.  THE TORNADO WAS MOVING NORTH AT
15 MPH.  PERSONS IN OSMOND...WAUSA AND BLOOMFIELD ARE IN THE
DIRECT PATH OF THIS TORNADO.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER BELOW LGROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  AVOID
WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED
