AT 350 PM MDT...RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH BRIEF HEAVY RAIN
DEVELOPING OVER WEST CENTRAL NEBRASKA.  THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
FROM ASHBY TO 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF KEYSTONE...OR FROM 35 MILES WEST
NORTHWEST TO 75 MILES NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE.  THE STRONGEST STORM
WAS LOCATED 30 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE IN SOUTHWESTERN
MCPHERSON COUNTY.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
