BENKELMAN...OR 80 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE.  WINDS TO 75 MPH
WERE REPORTED WITH THIS STORM AS IT MOVED THROUGH THE GOODLAND KANSAS
AREA.  THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT 40 MPH.

PERSONS IN DUNDY AND WESTERN HITCHCOCK COUNTIES SHOULD BE PREPARED TO
